Maggie was the best! She found us the perfect home on the first day that we went looking. She heard what we needed/wanted and showed us only those types of homes! No time wasted!!! When we found our home, Everything happens so quickly. She answered every question that we had-We had a lot! She helped us every step of the way!!! In our past home buying experiences, Realtors normally make the sale, get the contract sign, and send you about your way to the next step of the home buying process. Not Maggie!!! She helped us every step of the way. She never left us to figure it out on our own! She connected us with the best people, gave us the best solutions, and did not hesitate to fight for us when things that we were supposed to get done did not. She made sure that we were happy and that everyone kept their word. On our Closing day, she literally rolled out the red carpet. She’s super sweet, thoughtful, and extremely intelligent. We will definitely buy from her again and I will refer her to everyone we know!!!

I was referred to Margarita “Maggie” Solis by a friend. She was very responsive from the first moment I phoned her. I advised her what I was looking for in a home and property. She researched and found several homes that met my criteria. She and I looked at several houses and she had a positive attitude. Every time I called Maggie she did not hesitate to find an answer to my question. Maggie was very instrumental in me finding my new home. If given the opportunity I would definitely use Maggie again and recommend, with high regards.
